WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES
At Harvard Photo we understand that the packages you see below might not contain everything you're looking for.
These wedding photography prices and packages are a starting point for you to consider. You may want to add invitations created from our engagement shoot together and custom designed thank you cards using some of the photographs from your wedding. We aim to accommodate every budget and to provide the best affordable wedding photography for our customers. We're here to answer your questions about our prices and want you to know that we're flexible in terms of what you'd like included in your wedding package.
Wedding Photography Package 1
Packages can be customized to include longer coverage.
- 6 hours dedicated to photographing your wedding day
- A fully qualified photographic assistant to help with lighting, organization, setups
- At least 90 wedding photographs per hour guaranteed. Actual shooting is usually 125 - 175 frames per hour
- 12 hours dedicated to processing and editing the original RAW files using state of the art,
professional software applications
- High-resolution digital files, ready for printing, provided to you on DVD
- Expert digital balancing of ALL files for density and color
- Online photo galleries of the selected images from your wedding with online ordering
- Our commitment to have your wedding photographs online within 1 week
- Two consultations with your wedding photographer prior to your wedding
- A detailed photography itinerary template e-mailed to you for easy planning
- Unlimited email & phone correspondence to discuss your wedding details
- Travel in the GTA on your wedding day at no extra charge
- No limit on the number of shooting locations
- Careful studio backup of all your files, and transfer to disks
- Backup cameras, lenses and flash equipment at your wedding
$1795.00 - Additional wedding day photography $275/hr. Includes photography, assistant and post production
Package 2: Including a 30 page coffee table wedding album
Packages can be customized to include longer coverage.

Wedding Coverage:
It is a real privilege for us to photograph each and every wedding. We take great pride in offering you a balance of creativity, amazing quality, and a very personal service that can culminate in an elegant, flush-mount wedding album.
We start by meeting with you to demonstrate the easiest way to plan your photography so that it fits smoothly into your big day. We shoot an average of 800 images in six hours. Our approach offers you a large variety of great alternative shots.
From these images we then create a private online gallery for you to view and select your favorite shots. If we are creating your wedding album, we then design the layouts and send you proofs online for approval stages.
Simon, a highly experienced graphic designer as well as photographer, personally designs the layouts of our wedding albums to the highest level.
We will cover your wedding day in a full and complete fashion. We will capture those precious moments, and convey the emotion of your event in a manner very few wedding photographers can. This, combined with the technical knowledge from formal study, plus our many years of experience as wedding photographers, promises you beautiful results!
